Employee Spotlight
Nancy Preston
Our employee spotlight is on Nancy, a member of the Customer Care team. Nancy answered a call from a “customer” requesting their online banking credentials. While the caller knew the account number and Social Security Number, Nancy was still suspicious. She noticed some inconsistencies with the Caller ID and asked about recent account activity. She did not give out any information and asked them to visit one of our branches to be identified. The customer was quickly contacted and confirmed it was not them that was attempting to get the information. The customer was extremely grateful for the quick action and service.
