  • Branch Manager II - Grove City & Harrisville - MCSB has an opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Grove City Branch and our new, soon to be opened, Harrisville Branch.  The Branch Manager II is responsible for managing the Branch Offices in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the Retail Banking Division's annual operating plan; ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.   • Universal Bankers - Harrisville - MCSB is seeking two (2) Universal Bankers for our new Harrisville Branch.  This position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the branch office along with other various duties to support the customer service function of the branch office; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; providing guidance and on-the-job training to entry level Teller(s).
