Mercer County State Bank is seeking an IT Analyst for our Technology Center in Sandy Lake. This position will be responsible for acting as the IT lead for projects, issues, and inquiries related to Fiserv, the Bank's primary operational software; coordinating with other departments to resolve issues, research new solutions and rollout new products/features with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
