To enroll, simply visit any Community Office and they will take care of it for you.

Bill Pay

Pay your bills electronically. No writing checks, no envelopes, no stamps. Set up recurring payments, add payees, and get email notifications when bills are paid and due. You can also download your Bill Pay transactions into Quickbooks or Quicken to easily track your expenses. The hassle-free way to manage your payments, Bill Pay is available after you first register for Online Banking.

At Mercer County State Bank, we are committed to providing you the most advanced electronic services available. eStatements is a great way to receive, view, save and print your bank statements without waiting for a paper statement to arrive each month in your mail.

This free, safe and convenient way to receive all your deposit account statements without waiting to receive them in the mail is fast and easy! 

  • Secure - eStatements are encrypted and are password protected
  • Fast - You'll receive your eStatement within 24 hours of when it is produced.
  • Convenient - You can view, print or download your eStatement to your computer.
  • Free - There is no cost to enroll in the eStatement service.

Enrollment is Easy!

You can use your existing Online Banking to enroll. 

  1. Just log into Online Banking and an automatic link will direct you to the easy-to-follow enrollment page (Only the primary accountholder may initiate the enrollment process).
  2. Indicate the accounts you’d like to enroll (Checking and Savings Statements are available at this time, but if you have been receiving a combined multiple accounts statement, you will receive this same combined eStatement).
  3. Next, confirm your email address, view the Electronic Statement Disclosure and then click “Accept”.  You will receive an enrollment confirmation by email.
  4. Welcome to eStatements! It’s that Easy!

Receiving your eStatements

Once your eStatement is produced, you will receive an email notifying you that it’s now ready for viewing at your convenience. To view your eStatement, click on the link provided in the email or visit our homepage and follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking using your Access ID and Password
  2. Click on the ACCOUNTS Tab and the applicable Checking Account
  3. Click on the DOCUMENTS tab
  4. Click on eStatements link
  5. Click on the current month's statement

Another Way to Receive your eStatements - if you do not have online banking but have a valid email address you can enroll to receive eStatements via an email address. If interested please contact one of our branches to learn more!

YOU CAN NOW RESET YOUR MOBILE BANKING PASSWORD! With this new feature it's easy to reset your Mobile Banking Password from your mobile device.  Enter your Login ID, then on the next screen, click on the link Forgot Your Password.  You will then be asked to enter certain personal information to help us to confirm your identity.  Simply follow the instructions and for security purposes, after processing your password changes, the program signs you out automatically and you will need to sign back in with your new password.

ENROLL NOW! Simply log in to Online Banking and select "enroll now" from the auto-prompt or select Mobile Banking from the menu, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and complete the enrollment form. It's that easy!
