Interested in Obtaining a Mortgage Loan?

Whatever your situation, you should speak with our experienced mortgage professionals. We can make the entire mortgage process—from selecting the right product, to completing the application, to closing—as fast and simple as possible. And we’re here to help in any way we can.

Through years of service to our community, we have come to appreciate how much people's lives are impacted in important ways by what we do here at Mercer County State Bank.

Far too often the personal attention that customers deserve is compromised in the increasingly fast pace of the business world. Unlike most lenders, your loan never leaves our office because we have in-house processing, underwriting and closing departments. It allows us to maintain the attention our customers deserve at a pace that larger mortgage lenders cannot keep up with.

Fixed-Rate Mortgages

Our traditional fixed-rate mortgages offer you the peace of mind of knowing that both your interest rate and monthly payments will remain unchanged throughout the term of your loan. Terms are available up to 30 years. Having a consistent payment eliminates surprises to make budgeting easier.

Variable-Rate Mortgages (VRMs)

VRMs enable you to start out with a lower payment than a comparable fixed-rate mortgage by keeping the initial rate low for a fixed period of time. After the initial term, the interest rate adjusts as the market rates change.

First Time Home Buyer

Your first home purchase is an exciting major life event. It takes time, energy, and money. To help make loan closing more affordable, some people use first time home buyer loans. Our program can assist you with your first time purchase.

Construction Mortgages

Maybe you need more room for a growing family, or maybe you need to create the perfect home that you've dreamed of. Regardless of your motivation, we're here to help your plans, and dreams become a reality. Our local loan officers have the experience, and can help you find your way through the process of financing the construction of your house.
